03: The Return of 1980s Decadence

I’ve been thinking constantly about 1980s fashion and the parallels we are seeing currently in fashion. After Balmain’s FW23 show, I wanted to paint the picture and the best way I could think to do so was with a mini magazine. So, this week’s issue of The Pleat is a PDF magazine.
